45 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) 45 = age < 65 years old, regardless of gender. 2) elective thoracoscopic lung surgery (VAST). 3) the ASA score is I-III. 4) 18.5 kg/m2 < BMI < 28kg/m2. 5) voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients with severe heart, brain, liver and kidney diseases. 2) patients with mental disorders (schizophrenia, mania, bipolar disorders, insanity, etc.), long-term history of taking psychotropic drugs and cognitive impairment. 3) those who are allergic or contraindicated to benzodiazepines, opioids, propofol, muscle relaxants and their drug components. 4) patients who were judged to have difficulties in respiratory tract management (modified Mallampati score was grade IV). 5) participated in drug clinical trials as subjects in the past 3 months. 6) other situations in which the researchers think it is not appropriate to participate in this study.
