18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria for Stroke Group: a. Age 18-70 years old, right-handed; b. Patients diagnosed with cerebral infarction by CT or MRI, infarction of the basal ganglia, accompanied by motor dysfunction, 2 weeks to 6 months after onset, the condition is basically stable, no consciousness impairment and obvious language impairment; c. No previous family history of psychiatric or nervous system genetic diseases; d. Have not taken any stimulant drugs in the past 2 months; e. Signed informed consent. Control Group (Healthy Brain) Inclusion Criteria: a. Age matched with gender and stroke group, right-handed; b. Healthy brain by CT or MRI examination, which may be accompanied by diseases of other systems of the body except cerebrovascular diseases, such as heart disease, digestive system diseases, etc.; c. No previous family history of psychiatric or nervous system genetic diseases; d. Have not taken any stimulant drugs in the past 2 months; e. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria for Stroke Group: a. Patients with cerebrovascular disease in the process of disease or unstable vital signs; b. Patients with comorbid aphasia, severe dementia, psychosis, or post-stroke depression; c. Have a history of other neurological diseases, such as multiple sclerosis (MS), etc.; d. Severe heart, lung, liver and kidney impairment; e. Those who are intolerant of acupuncture; f. Pregnant or lactating women; g. Those who are currently participating in other clinical investigations. Control Group (Healthy Brain) Exclusion Criteria: a. Persons with unstable vital signs; b. Have a history of neurological disease; c. Patients with aphasia, severe dementia, and mental illness; d. Severe heart, lung, liver and kidney impairment; e. Those who are intolerant of acupuncture; f. Pregnant or lactating women; g. Those who are currently participating in other clinical investigations.
