Interventions

Group A:Body surface measurement are taken first, and then place the catheter to the pre-measured length, and "bubble test" with echocardiographic imaging at the apex of the heart or under the xiphoid
Group B:Body surface measurement are taken first, and then place the catheter to the pre-measured length and intracavitary electrical techniques to determine the position of the tip, and postoperative

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The time taken for catheterization under echocardiographic guidance;Whether the catheter tip reaches the CAJ postoperatively.;The time taken for intracardiac electrocardiographic positioning;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The required length of catheter placement under echocardiography;The required length of intracavitary electrocardiogram catheter for positioning;Whether bubbles can be seen in the right atrium under echocardiography;Measuring the required length of catheter placement in vitro;Whether the green P wave is visible in intracavitary electrocardiographic localization;
