Pediatric congenital heart disease

Interventions

S group:Group S is the control group, induced by inhalation of sevoflurane, followed by intravenous injection of physiological saline
SD group:The SD group received intravenous injection of dexmedetomidine after induction with sevoflurane inhalation.
SE group:The SE group received intravenous injection of ketamine after induction with sevoflurane inhalation.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age =6 years old; 2.ASA Grade ?~?; 3. Children with congenital heart disease undergoing dual-source CT examination; 4. Family members voluntarily participate in the clinical trial and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with potential ventilation and intubation difficulties have been evaluated; 2. Children who have experienced allergies or serious adverse reactions to the investigational drugs in the past; 3. Children with severe conduction abnormalities in cardiac electrophysiology; 4. Children with a history of neurological, psychiatric, or severe psychological disorders; 5. Children who do not comply with the prohibition of drinking and eating.
