Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Retrospective study: Meet all the following conditions: Age greater than or equal to 18 years old. Meet the diagnostic criteria of coronary heart disease and receive percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Acute coronary syndrome or left ventricular ejection showed by echocardiography within 2 weeks before and after PCI. The score is less than 50 Prospective study: Meet all the following conditions: Age greater than or equal to 18 years old. Meet the diagnostic criteria of coronary heart disease and receive percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Acute coronary syndrome or left ventricle revealed by echocardiography within 2 weeks before and after PCI. Ejection fraction is less than 50% Sign informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Retrospective study: Exclusion criteria: Subjects who meet any of the following exclusion criteria will be excluded from this study: The patient has implanted ICD or CRT-D before or at present. Prospective study: Exclusion criteria: Subjects who meet any of the following exclusion criteria will be excluded from this study: The patient has implanted ICD or CRT-D before or at present. The life expectancy of patients is less than 12 months.
