Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?had at least 12 teeth in the oral cavity; ?In different quadrants of the oral cavity, there are = 2 sites with CAL = 3 mm, and there are 2 adjacent sites with PD = 4 mm (not in the same tooth), or there is 1 site with PD = 5mm; ? no scaling or root planing within the last six months; ?Patients with CKD (including primary glomerulonephritis, hypertensive renal arteriosclerosis, diabetes nephropathy, secondary glomerulonephritis, tubulointerstitial lesions, ischemic nephropathy, etc.)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Systemic diseases other than kidney disease that may affect the course of periodontal disease; ? Pregnant or lactating women; ? Patients with mental disorders, unable to communicate normally; ? Continuous use of antibiotics for more than a week within 1 month before the examination.
