Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who underwent elective posterior fossa tumor resection between April 2019 and April 2024 (2) age range 18-80 years old, regardless of gender (3) ASA 1-3, no serious heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ complications.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) History of respiratory disease or surgery within the last 3 months (2) Mechanical ventilation with tracheal intubation and tracheotomy had been performed before surgery (3) Patients with secondary surgery and emergency surgery (4) Preoperative and postoperative chest imaging data were not perfect (5) Study participants who refused to enroll or refused to provide relevant information after surgery
