Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients aged 18-65 years old, male or female; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for overweight and obesity of the Chinese Expert Consensus on Overweight/Obesity Medical Nutrition Treatment, BMI=24 or male waist circumference =90cm, female waist circumference =85cm; (3) Diagnostic criteria for hyperlipidemia in Chinese adults (2016 Revision) : ? Total cholesterol TC = 6.2 mmol/L (240 mg/dl); Or ? triglyceride TG = 2.3 mmol/L (200 mg/dl); Or ? LDL-C = 4.1 mmol/L (160 mg/dl); (4) Patient's informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Exclude infectious diseases, including diseases with a clear focus of infection or systemic infection; (2) Exclude patients during pregnancy, perinatal period, lactation period and perioperative period; (3) Exclude patients with serious primary diseases such as malignant tumors and cirrhosis, secondary cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events such as coronary heart disease and stroke, and psychiatric diseases; (4) Patients with atherosclerosis were excluded.
