Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) and heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF); (2) Age between 25 and 80 years; (3) Complete patient information, able to adhere to medication, and capable of follow-up; (4) The patient and their family are informed of the purpose of this study, have signed the informed consent form, and voluntarily agree to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined with restrictive (infiltrative) cardiomyopathy or congenital heart disease; (2) Acute coronary syndrome; (3) History of stent placement, coronary artery bypass grafting, permanent pacemaker implantation, or implantable defibrillator within the past 90 days (calculated from the admission date for inpatients); (4) Patients with psychiatric disorders or infectious diseases.
