18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women. 2. Transthoracic ultrasound estimation of pulmonary artery systolic pressure>30mmHg 3. Laboratory examination and obstetric ultrasound confirm pregnancy. 4. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form. 5. Clinical data is complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other factors that may affect subject safety or trial compliance, as determined by the researchers. 2. The subject has brain disease, abnormal mental development, and is unable to cooperate with the study. 3. Poor compliance, with over 30% dropout or two or more consecutive dropouts during follow-up.
