40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All cases were clinically and CT/MRI confirmed as cerebrovascular accident, their condition was basically stable, met the diagnostic criteria for appeal, and those who met the following criteria could be included: ? Meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine for acute ischemic stroke; ? It meets the diagnostic criteria of TCM apoplexy, and the staging criteria belong to the acute stage; ? The GCS score was 3-8, and the patient remained in a coma after stabilizing; (4) Be admitted to hospital within 24 hours of symptom onset; ? Age over 40 years old and under 75 years old; ? Informed consent of the patient's family.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? non-cerebral infarction induced coma; ? Have mental illness or history; ? Cerebral hemorrhage, brain tumor, active infection; ? combined with hematological disease or malignant tumor; ? Breastfeeding or pregnancy; ? Stroke patients whose course of disease is not acute; ? Combine other critical cases.
