experimental group:Individualized PEEP titration is performed after anesthesia induction. Before each titration, use the PEEP incremental method to perform lung recruitment until the peak pressure rea
control group:Throughout the procedure, a fixed PEEP of 5 cm H2O (1 cm H2O = 0.098 kPa) is maintained, without lung recruitment.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male: > 65 years old 2. Patients with a moderate to high risk of postoperative pulmonary complications (ARISCAT score [Catalan Respiratory Risk Assessment Score for Surgical patients] = 26) who underwent robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy were included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Implanted heart devices 2. Severe chronic lung disease 3. Congestive heart failure, New York Heart Association Class III/IV 4. Severe hemodynamic instability after anesthesia induction
