Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for the non-fall group: age = 60 years old; no falls in the past six months; possess basic communication skills, able to cooperate in completing various index examinations; able to understand and voluntarily sign the informed consent form, and willing to complete the research procedures. Inclusion criteria for the mild or no injury after fall group: 1. age = 60 years old; 2. experienced a fall in the past six months but did not sustain any injury due to the fall, or only sustained minor injuries such as scratches that require no medical attention; 3. possess basic communication skills and able to cooperate in completing various index examinations; 4. able to understand and voluntarily sign the informed consent form, and willing to complete the research procedures. Inclusion criteria for the Injurious-fall group: 1. age = 60 years old; 2. experiencing moderate to severe injury requiring care or treatment due to a fall in the past six months.; 3. possess basic communication skills and able to cooperate in completing various index examinations; 4. able to understand and voluntarily sign the informed consent form, and willing to complete the research procedures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for the non-fall group: 1. Having cognitive impairment or mental disorders; 2. Unable to walk, such as those with severe organ failure of the heart, liver, kidneys, malignant tumors, and other serious diseases. Exclusion criteria for the mild or no injury after fall group: 1. Having cognitive impairment or mental disorders; 2. Unable to walk, such as those with severe organ failure of the heart, liver, kidneys, malignant tumors, and other serious diseases; 3. inability to accurately recall the state before the fall. Exclusion criteria for the Injurious-fall group: 1. Having cognitive impairment or mental disorders; 2. Unable to walk, such as those with severe organ failure of the heart, liver, kidneys, malignant tumors, and other serious diseases; 3. inability to accurately recall the state before the fall.
