Spastic paralysis of lower limb after stroke

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. It meets the diagnostic criteria of stroke of Chinese medicine and stroke of Western medicine at the same time, accompanied by spastic paralysis of one lower limb caused by stroke, and MAS score of the affected lower limb = level 1; 2. Age =40 years old and =80 years old, regardless of gender; 3. First onset, duration of disease more than 2 weeks; 4. Stable vital signs, clear consciousness, able to cooperate with the completion of relevant treatment and functional assessment; 5. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with spastic paralysis of lower limbs not caused by stroke; 2. Patients with progressive or worsening stroke; 3. Patients with serious medical diseases, such as severely impaired cardiopulmonary function or serious diseases of other systems; 4. Pregnant or lactating patients; 5. Patients with acupuncture contraindications, such as patients with local skin rupture by acupuncture; 6. Patients who had used drugs to relieve muscle tension within 2 weeks prior to enrollment.
