Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of patients: 1. patients had undergone tracheotomy and maintained at home for 1 month; 2. The home address is in the city of Nanning; Inclusion criteria of primary caregivers: 1. Age 18 years; 2. Daily care duration >=4 h and duration >=2 weeks; 3. Good reading, understanding and communication skills.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. The condition is critical or accompanied by other serious physical diseases; 2. Existing or past psychiatric history, difficult to cooperate with care work; Primary caregiver exclusion criteria: 1. Non-family members or relatives; 2. Paid caregivers.
