45 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Initial WOMAC score 25-80; (2) Age range from 45 to 75 years old, BMI index between 18 and 30, regardless of gender; (3) Those who voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form; (4) Morning stiffness time = 30 minutes; (5) During activities, there is bone friction sound (sensation); (6) Three or more occurrences of knee joint pain within the past month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals under the age of 45 or over the age of 75; (2) Uric acid value greater than 440 µ Mol/L; (3) Individuals who have recently taken or are currently using antibiotics for treatment; (4) Individuals with organic lesions in the digestive system, such as ulcers, bleeding, etc; (5) Patients with severe systemic diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic systems; (6) Pregnant, pregnant, and lactating women; (7) Individuals with allergies to poultry and shellfish; (8) Excessive drinkers; (9) Mental illness patients; (10) Knee joint pain caused by autoimmune or metabolic diseases; (11) Taking items related to the test function in the short term (such as acetaminophen, aspirin, ibuprofen and other anti-inflammatory and analgesic Western medicines, as well as traditional Chinese medicines such as Tongluo Qutong Gao and Xianling Gubao Capsules that promote blood circulation and relieve pain) can affect the judgment of the results.
