18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with radical mastectomy for breast cancer; 2.ASA classification I~II; 3.Age 18~65 years old; 4.Weight: 45-60kg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Antiemetic and corticosteroid treatment 24h before surgery; glutamyl transferase, creatinine and urea nitrogen higher than twice the normal value; allergy to dexmedetomidine, allergy to non-steroidal analgesics; sinus bradycardia and/or atrioventricular block; functional adrenal tumors, including Cushing's syndrome, primary aldosteronism, and pheochromocytoma; pregnant women, obese patients [Body Mass Index (BMI)?34kg/m^2]; diabetes; gastroduodenal ulcers; uncooperative patients. 34kg/m2]; diabetes mellitus; gastroduodenal ulcer; patients who cannot cooperate.
