Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient inclusion criteria: ? Voluntary participation in this study; ? Pathological diagnosis confirmed as cancer patient; ? Normal language communication skills, able to cooperate in completing evaluations and investigations. Inclusion criteria for caregivers: ? Family caregivers of cancer patients; ? Caregivers will not change during the patient's current hospitalization; ? Capable of independently or under the guidance of the investigator to complete this questionnaire; ? Those who are aware of the patient's condition and sign a consent form.
Exclusion criteria

There are known conflicts and contradictions between caregivers and patients; ? Occupational care; ? Caregivers with serious illnesses (including but not limited to: malignant tumors, various diseases with obvious symptoms)
