Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for ischemic stroke (cerebral infarction) and cerebral hemorrhage in the revised "Diagnosis Points for Various Cerebrovascular Diseases in China (2019)" by the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association and the Cerebrovascular Group of the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, confirmed by CT or MRI; 2. First onset of disease; 3. Age 35-70 years old; 4. The condition is stable and the course of disease is less than 30 days; 5. Informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subarachnoid hemorrhage, craniocerebral surgery; 2. Severe aphasia, cognitive impairment or dementia, unable to cooperate with treatment; 3. Cerebellar or vestibular dysfunction; 4. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver, or kidney disease; 5. Patients with lower limb deep vein thrombosis as determined by ultrasound; 6. Exclusion criteria for cardiopulmonary function: cardiac function grade II or higher; 7. Patients who have participated in other clinical trials within the past 3 months; 8. Malignant tumors; 9. Patients with tracheotomy tube not closed; 10. Patients with mental illness, severe osteoporosis;
