Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 60-85 years; 2) No history of hospitalization within 6 months; 3) History of falls is defined as at least one fall in the past 12 months, and no history of falls is defined as no falls in the past 12 months; 4) Slow Gait (pace speed less than 1m/s).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Unable to walk around the test room without human assistance; 2) Significant cognitive impairment (Mini-Mental State Exam (MMSE) score =22; 3) Clinical diagnosis of delirium, Stroke, Parkinson's or other neurological, psychological, musculoskeletal or cardiopulmonary diseases affecting cognition and motor control; 4) Uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes; 5) Deep brain stimulation or brain surgery; 6) Significant lower extremity Arthritis or chronic pain; 7) Not eligible for TMS intervention (personal or family history of epilepsy); 8) Not eligible for MRI scans (such as metal implants, etc.); 9) Unable to understand the experimental procedure.
