Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) First surgery: Total thyroidectomy with unilateral central area dissection surgery Total thyroidectomy with bilateral central area dissection Total thyroidectomy with unilateral central dissection and lateral neck lymph node dissection Total thyroidectomy with bilateral central area dissection and lateral neck lymph node dissection (2) Patients who regularly monitor blood calcium and PTH levels before and after surgery and have complete clinical and pathological data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with preoperative concomitant primary hyperparathyroidism, abnormal bone metabolism, vitamin D deficiency, and severe osteoporosis.
