Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for Parkinson's disease group: ? Age = 50 years old; ? Meets the clinical diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's disease published by MDS in 2015, with clinically confirmed or highly likely Parkinson's disease; ? Sign an informed consent form. Inclusion criteria for Alzheimer's disease group: ? Age = 50 years old; ? Meets the diagnostic criteria for Alzheimer's disease published by National Institute of Neurological and Communicative Disorders and Stroke-Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders Association(NINCDS-ADRDA) in 1984; ? Sign an informed consent form. Inclusion criteria for mild cognitive impairment group: ? Age = 60 years old; ? Meets the diagnostic criteria for mild cognitive impairment by NINCDS-ADRDA; ? Sign informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for Parkinson's disease group: ? Clinical diagnosis of Parkinson's superimposed syndrome (including multiple system atrophy, progressive supranuclear palsy, Lewy body dementia, etc.); ? The presence of severe dementia and mental disorders prevents the completion of clinical evaluations. Exclusion criteria for Alzheimer's disease group: ? The presence of severe dementia and mental disorders that prevent the completion of clinical evaluation. Exclusion criteria for mild cognitive impairment group: ?
