18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) older than 18 years and younger than 65 years; (2) first renal transplantation; (3) same or compatible ABO blood group between donor and recipient; (4) patients who signed informed consent and were willing to cooperate with the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) pregnant or lactating female patients; (2) the patient has any form of drug abuse, mental illness or any situation that researchers believe may interfere with the patient's understanding of research requirements; (3) those who do not meet the selection criteria; (4) contraindication of immunosuppressant and hormone use; (5) active peptic ulcer; (6) patients with severe heart and lung diseases; (7) patients with active liver disease; (8) patients with previous malignant tumors (except locally treated non-melanocytic skin cancer) ; (9) patients who could not be followed up with a routine study visit or follow-up, or who were followed up in an unaccredited laboratory. (10) Liver-kidney, pancreas-kidney or heart-kidney transplantation recipients.
