Interventions

Probiotic intervention group:On the basis of daily rehabilitation training, take Lactobacillus reuteri CCFM1388 solid drink for 4 weeks
Placebo group:On the basis of daily rehabilitation training, placebo (maltodextrin) was taken for 4 weeks

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 years of age and above 2. Upper limb injury caused by external causes 3. Verbal agreement not to consume prohibited foods at least 1 week prior to the date of providing consent and throughout the study period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Past or present severe cardiac, hepatic, kidney, or gastrointestinal disease 2. Allergies to any drugs or foods 3. Currently participating in other clinical trials, have participated in the past 4 weeks, or plan to participate 4. Donate more than 200 ml of blood in the past month or more than 400 ml in the past 3 months 5. Subjects who have been determined by a physician to be unable to follow instructions or complete an exercise program due to their personality or health problems 6. Have used antibiotics, probiotics and their products in the past month 7. Unwilling to undergo clinical trials
