Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic insomnia. Age =18 years and =80 years. Able to cooperate and complete vestibular function tests. The patient agrees to participate in this study and signs an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Have other physical illnesses or pain that can cause insomnia. Use of some psychotropic drugs that cause insomnia: antidepressants, central stimulants, cardiovascular drugs, bronchodilators, etc. history of severe alcohol or drug dependence or abuse. hift work or other types of self-imposed irregular sleep schedule. Daily intake of caffeine greater than 300mg (3-4 cups of coffee). Surgical diseases affecting posture and gait testing, or evident pain, muscle weakness due to osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis. Cognitive impairment affecting the patient's understanding of tasks and instructions (Mini Mental State Examination =24). Concomitant acute coronary syndrome or severe arrhythmia, uncontrolled stability of lung, liver, kidney, and other organ diseases. With malignant tumors. Participation in another clinical trial (drug, medical device, or medical procedure research) within 30 days prior to study inclusion. Patients with insomnia due to anxiety or depression. Patients with insomnia and overt vestibular dysfunction.
