Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 20 years, regardless of gender; 2. Able to accurately understand the researcher's instructions and complete various examinations independently or with the help of family members; 3. Voluntary signing of written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with malignant tumors and major chronic diseases (such as severe heart, lung, and liver dysfunction) with an expected life expectancy of no more than 5 years
