Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Patients with chronic lateral ankle instability after Brostrom-Gould surgery; ? Age 18-65 years old; ? The patient and his family members have the subjective willingness to participate in this clinical study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? There are malformations of the affected foot, malalignment of the affected limb, ankle fracture, ankle osteoarthritis, talar osteonecrosis, ankle infection, etc. ? Benign joint hypermobility syndrome; ? ankle osteochondral injury combined with osteochondral transplantation; ? unstable subtalar joint; (5) People with a history of allergy to proprietary Chinese medicines, Chinese herbal slices, Chinese herbal granules or Chinese herbal granules containing Chinese herbal ingredients; (6) Patients with unstable vital signs, obvious hyperthermia, chills, blood pressure, heart rate fluctuation; ?
