Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients with chronic lateral ankle instability after Brostrom-Gould surgery; ? Age 18-65 years old; ? The patient and his family members have the subjective willingness to participate in this clinical study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? There are malformations of the affected foot, malalignment of the affected limb, ankle fracture, ankle osteoarthritis, talar osteonecrosis, ankle infection, etc. ? Benign joint hypermobility syndrome; ? ankle osteochondral injury combined with osteochondral transplantation; ? unstable subtalar joint; (5) People with a history of allergy to proprietary Chinese medicines, Chinese herbal slices, Chinese herbal granules or Chinese herbal granules containing Chinese herbal ingredients; (6) Patients with unstable vital signs, obvious hyperthermia, chills, blood pressure, heart rate fluctuation; ? Neurosis and mental patients who can not cooperate with doctors for diagnosis and treatment activities; ? Postoperative bleeding tendency, serious postoperative heart, lung, renal insufficiency; ? Patients with other rheumatic and metabolic diseases, such as gout, rheumatoid arthritis, hemophilia, ankylosing spondylitis, etc.; ? The failure of this operation requires a second operation; Post-operative joint infection has occurred; ? Patients who need to take other Chinese medicine preparations after surgery due to their condition
