Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 50-65 years old; normal visual and auditory function or no hearing impairment with the aid of glasses, hearing aids, etc.; conscious and able to perform daily exercise of normal intensity; users and family members are informed and agree to participate in the study and fill in the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of verbal communication or cognitive dysfunction; previous history of severe lower limb disease; users and family members did not agree to participate in this study.
