18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Individuals diagnosed by experts as LDH with non massive protrusions and free protrusions (2) Age = 18 and = 75 years old, gender unlimited (3) Non acute LDH with back and leg pain for at least 1 month (4) Within 2 weeks prior to treatment, the patient did not receive any other traditional Chinese medicine treatment or any painkillers. (5) Voluntarily participate in clinical trials and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Suffering from congenital deformities of the spine or lower limbs or inability to walk (2) History of spinal surgery or other diseases that affect gait; (3) Pregnancy or lactation period; (4) Taboos for massage and endoscopic lumbar discectomy (5) The patient has abnormal sensation in the saddle area and abnormal urination and defecation.
