Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 meet the diagnostic criteria of external humeral epicondylitis; Diagnostic criteria: According to the 2013 Guidelines for external humeral epicondylitis of the Chinese Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine: ? The lateral pain of the elbow joint is continuously aggravated and can radiate to the lateral forearm; ?The lateral tenderness of the elbow joint was found in the examination. The pain of the lateral condyle of the humerus was aggravated by palm holding, wrist extension and rotation. The Mills sign of the forearm was positive. ? X-ray examination generally no abnormal changes, sometimes can see calcification shadow, humeral epicondyle rough, periosteal reaction, etc. If the above three criteria are met, the diagnosis can be confirmed. 2 age 18-65 years old; 3 no oral or injection of any pain relief drugs within 2 weeks, no other treatment; 4 Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Elbow fractures, serious external injuries, or elbow surgery, poor skin condition of the elbow; ? Patients with carpal tunnel syndrome and nerve and blood vessel injury of affected limb affected the observation results; ? Pregnant women, cancer patients, or those with cognitive and communication disabilities who cannot complete the visit; ? Severe allergy, or known allergy to intervention drugs; ? Patients with tumor, severe liver and kidney failure or other major diseases can not be treated.
