Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age = 18 years; (2) Atrial fibrillation meeting the indications for anticoagulation therapy: CHA2DS2-VASc>2 points (male)/>3 points (female); (3) Accept the anticoagulation therapy with NOACs (such as Dabigatran, Rivaroxaban, Apixaban and Edoxaban) for at least 3 months; (4) Not taking concomitant medications that affect the metabolism of NOACs; (5) Understand the details of the study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Blood pressure =170/110 mmHg; (2) Donate blood within the last 3 months and donated blood for other clinical trials; (3) Complicated with active hemorrhagic disease (such as peptic ulcer bleeding and hemorrhagic stroke); (4) Complicated with abnormal coagulation function (such as blood system disease, serious liver function damage, etc.); (5) Take concomitant medications that affect the metabolism of NOACs; (6) Complicated with malignant tumours. (7) Pregnancy.
