Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?Ages 18 years or older;?American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA)?-?;?Selected total hip, knee arthroplasty or hip fracture surgery undergoing general anesthesia;?Signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Existing active cerebral disease or a history of neurological and psychiatric disease, including stroke, Alzheimer’s disease, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease and psychosis;?Existing cognitive dysfunction as evidenced by the MMSE (Mini-mental State Examination) scores<24;?Severe hearing or visual impairment;?Had undergone general anesthesia within the past 30 days.
