Interventions

Kinesio Taping group:Kinesio Taping, twice a week, kept for 2-3 days and rested for 2 days, a total of 4 times for 2 weeks
Electrical stimulation group:Electrical stimulation, 5 times a week, rest for 2 days, a total of 2 weeks

20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.20 years old <= aged <=40 years old; 2. Separation of midumbilical rectus 2-5cm (mild to moderate); 3. Separation of rectus abdominis at 6 weeks to 6 months postpartum

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intramuscular adhesive tape for allergic patients; 2. Diabetic patients with skin complications 3. Pregnancy complicated with hypertension, diabetes, eclampsia and other complications 4. >=3 times of birth 5. History of abdominal surgery other than cesarean section 6. Cesarean section non-transverse incision 7. Have mental disorders that make it difficult to cooperate with researchers 8. Patients with severe cognitive impairment who cannot cooperate with treatment 9. History of severe pelvic inflammation during acute pelvic inflammatory attack 10. History of recurrent enteritis and chronic appendicitis 11. Skin damage/rash at the treatment site 12. Tumor at the treatment site 13. Lochia is not clean
