Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who did not pull out the tracheal intubation into the AICU after general anaesthesia surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Preoperative stroke, transient cerebral ischaemia, schizophrenia, Parkinson, epilepsy and dementia history, and coma patients; 2 Patients with serious respiratory diseases; 3 Serious heart diseases, including preoperative left ventricular ejection fraction <30%, placement of pacemaker or automatic implantable arrhythmia; 4 preoperative combination of cognitive impairment; 5 patients with schizophrenia and severe depression in patients allergic to phenyldiazepine drugs; 6 Preoperative ChildPugh grade C severe liver disfunction; 7 Severe renal disfunction that needs renal replacement treatment before surgery.
