Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The subject voluntarily participates in this clinical trial, gives informed consent and signs the informed consent form; (2) Age 18~65 years old (years old); (3) meet the diagnostic criteria for migraine without aura in the Chinese Migraine Guidelines (2022 Edition); (4) Symptom grading and quantification: According to the "guiding principles", those who belong to mild to moderate disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Long-term use of tranquilizers and analgesics; (2) Other types of headaches, such as tension, cluster headaches, etc.; (3) migraine attacks that are clearly related to the menstrual cycle; (4) Patients with other cerebral space-occupying and traumatic diseases; (5) Patients with mental illness such as cognitive or psychiatric disorders; (6) Patients with rhinitis, sinusitis and other rhinogenic diseases, allergic rhinitis; (7) Combined with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hematopoietic system and tumor; (8) Have taken drugs to prevent migraine attacks within 2 weeks before screening, including traditional Chinese medicine, chemical drugs, etc.; (9) Women who are pregnant, lactating, or recently trying to become pregnant; (10) Those who suspect or have a history of alcohol or drug abuse, or drug dependence; (11) Participating in other clinical trials at the same time or other circumstances judged by the investigator to be inappropriate to participate in this study.
