45 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 45-80 years old 2. BMI: 18.5-30kg/m2 3. ASA Level: I-III 4. Selective general anesthesia for laparoscopic resection of colorectal cancer 5. Sign informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous gastric and colorectal surgery; 2. Patients with other tumors 3. Tumors invade adjacent organs or metastasize in distant places; 4. Neuromuscular junction disease; 5. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 6. Asthma; 7. Glaucoma; 8. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction 9. Preoperative sick sinus syndrome, severe sinus bradycardia (HR<50 beats/min), atrioventricular block grade II or above and no pacemaker; 10. Allergies to drugs related to this study;11. Unable to complete the scale involved in this study; 12. Participated in other clinical studies.
