Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Diagnosis of COPD, diagnostic criteria: 1) medical history and host factors; 2) Clinical symptoms: chronic cough, sputum production, dyspnea, shortness of breath, dyspnea, chest tightness and wheezing; 3) imaging findings; Chest X-ray: the lungs are hyperinflated, which is manifested by increased transparency of the lung fields, slender and scarce peripheral textures of both lungs, increased anteroposterior diameter of the chest cavity, flattening of the ribs, low and flat diaphragm position, long and narrow heart overhang, and in severe cases, pulmonary bullae are often combined. Chest CT: can identify factors that cannot be identified on chest x-ray, and can determine whether there are comorbidities or complications; 4) Lung function FEV1/FVC <70% after inhalation of bronchodilators; 3. Agree to participate in this study and voluntarily sign the informed consent form. 4. According to whether there is anemia, it is divided into: COPD with anemia group and COPD without anemia group. Diagnosed anemia: Hb<130g/L for males and <120g/L for females.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with parenchymal lung disease. 2. Patients with acute cardiovascular disease, renal insufficiency, liver disease, autoimmune disease, cancer of any origin, and gastrointestinal bleeding disease. 3. Patients with major cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in the past 6 months, such as coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, valvular heart disease, atrial fibrillation, myocardial infarction or stroke disease. 4. Patients who refuse to participate in the study.
