Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Obstetric nurses who have obtained the nurse practicing certificate; (2) Obstetric nurses who had worked in obstetrics for more than three months; an volunteer to participate in the study of obstetric nurses.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Obstetric nurses who leave their posts due to leave, study or other reasonss; (2) A maternity nurse who is studying in obstetrics; (3) A maternity nurse with a definite mental illness.
