Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women and parturients: ? Pregnant women aged 20-45 years old, 20-30 weeks pregnant, 1-3 months postpartum, 6 months postpartum, 1 year postpartum, or 2 years postpartum, with no risk of miscarriage or premature birth. ? Education level of junior high school or above, right-handed, able to understand and sign informed consent forms No history of mental illness or family history of mental illness; No history of alcohol, drug addiction or abuse; No history of brain organic diseases or severe chronic diseases (such as cerebral infarction, kidney disease, dementia, etc.); No history of adverse pregnancy. ? Capable of cooperating with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans, with no contraindications for MRI examination (such as claustrophobia, presence of metal implants in the body, etc.). Non Pregnant women and parturients: ? Age 20-45 years old, no history of pregnancy. ? Education level of junior high school or above, right-handed, able to understand and sign the informed consent. ? no history of mental illness or family history of mental illness; No history of alcohol or drug addiction or abuse; There was no history of brain organic diseases or serious chronic diseases (such as cerebral infarction, renal disease, dementia, etc.). ? Able to cooperate with magnetic resonance scanning, no contraindications to magnetic resonance examination (such as claustrophobia, metal implants in the body, etc.). ? no obvious mood and cognitive changes, such as depression, anxiety, cognitive impairment, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Major mental illness or major nervous system disease (such as severe craniocerebral injury, ischemic cerebrovascular disease and epilepsy, etc.). ? There are contraindications to functional MRI, such as claustrophobia, metal implants in the body, gestational age does not meet the requirements; ? Substance abuse includes drugs, alcohol and cigarettes. (4) those with low education level who cannot complete the neuropsychological test; ? Unable to cooperate with the examiner in other circumstances.
