18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients diagnosed with unilateral breast cancer 2. Patients with a pathologic diagnosis of primary breast cancer who are undergoing their first postoperative chemotherapy treatment 3. age =18 years 4. expected chemotherapy cycles =4 times 5. family caregivers 6. patients able to accept scheduled telephone follow-up visits 7. informed consent and voluntary participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. presence of cognitive dysfunction or psychotic problems or history of reported psychiatric abnormalities 2. comorbidities with other malignancies, various types of serious complications, such as heart failure, stroke, etc. 3. not accepting a full course of chemotherapy or refusing to participate in the participant 4. patients participating in other studies during the same period of time
