Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the 4th national diagnostic criteria for cerebrovascular disease and be diagnosed with stroke by cranial CT or magnetic resonance imaging; (2) Age= 60 years old, male or female; (3) family members were asked to assess the frailty of the study subjects two weeks before admission, and the non-frailty was diagnosed according to the FRAIL screening scale; (4) Awake at the second assessment after 14 days of admission to the critical care ward of the Department of Neurology; (5) The patient or the patient's family can understand and actively participate in the study and give informed consent to this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Pre-existing mental illness; (2) Organ failure, cancer and other major diseases; (3) Patients or family members have difficulty communicating and cannot cooperate with the completion of the survey.
