Knee Osteoarthritis

Interventions

Non exposed group:Routine treatment with needle knife. Advise participants to rest, avoid hiking, keep warm, and engage in moderate joint function exercise.
Exposure group:(2) Exposure group: On the basis of the non exposure group, acupuncture and knife treatment was performed by selecting acupoints based on syndrome differentiation and positioning.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Refer to the diagnostic criteria for osteoarthritis of the knee in the Osteoarthritis Guidelines (2021): (1) Recurrent pain in the affected knee within the last 1 month; (2) X-rays in the standing or weight-bearing position show narrowing of the joint space, sclerosis and/or cystic degeneration of the subchondral bone, and formation of a bone capsule at the edge of the joint; (3) Age =50 years; (4) Morning stiffness =30 min. (5) Bone rubbing sound or (and) bone rubbing sensation when the affected knee joint is flexed or extended; (6) Swelling of the affected knee joint; (7) The affected knee joint is painful, vague or distended; The diagnosis of the disease can be established by the fulfillment of (1), (6), (7), and any two of (2), (3), (4), and (5).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with coagulation dysfunction who cannot undergo needle knife treatment; ? Individuals with epilepsy, consciousness disorders, severe mental illness, and cognitive impairment; ? Those who cannot cooperate with treatment or efficacy evaluation; ? Individuals with severe heart, liver, kidney and other systemic diseases; ? Pregnant or lactating women, those who have tested positive for pregnancy or are yet to be determined; ? Patients with concomitant infectious diseases; ? There are researchers who believe that this trial will bring significant harm to patients; ? Those who have been participating in or have participated in other trials for less than 3 months; ? Patients with a large amount of joint cavity effusion.
