Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Those who are evaluated by the "FRAIL Frail Scale" and meet the pre-frail age or frail syndrome; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of kidney-yang deficiency syndrome; (3) Patients with nocturia (=3 times) and chronic low back pain (VAS=4 points) in line with Western medicine diagnosis; (4) Age =60 years old, gender is not limited; (5) The informed consent process shall comply with regulations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with increased nocturia due to urinary tumors, urinary infections and drugs; (2) Patients with increased nocturia due to serious cardiogenic diseases, liver/kidney diseases, sleep disorders and other systemic diseases; (3) Patients with chronic low back pain caused by spinal infection and tumor; (4) The subject is known or suspected to be allergic to a known component of the investigational drug; (5) The researcher decides that it is not suitable to participate in this researcher.
