Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Due to the needs of the study, the participants are mainly students from the first to the second year of junior high school, and the requirements for the residential address and workplace of the subjects are that they cannot be near the test site, and they rarely or basically do not go to the test site every day. 2. The health requirements for the subjects are no color blindness, color deficiency (on-site screening is required before collecting samples), no confirmed chronic non-communicable diseases and other diseases, no medical advice to restrict physical exercise, good health, normal limb mobility, and no recent physical health abnormalities; 3. Testers will also need to meet the criteria for the PAR-Q questionnaire to be allowed to take the test.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Excluding people with color blindness and color deficiency. (2) Excluded people with confirmed chronic infectious diseases and other diseases. (3) Exclude people who are restricted by doctors' orders to exercise their physical exercise.
