Group R:Ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve block of the hip joint capsule was injected with 0.33% ropivacaine 20 mL.
Group RD:Ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve block of the hip joint capsule was performed by injecting 50 µg of dexmedetomidine + 0.33% ropivacaine in a total of 20 mL.
Group RM:Ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve block of the hip joint capsule was performed by injecting 5 mg dexamethasone + 0.33% ropivacaine in a total of 20 mL.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a .Patients undergoing total hip replacement surgery; b. Age 18-80 years; c. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA): I-III; d. Subjects volunteered to participate in the trial and signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a. Abnormal coagulation or neurological function; b. Allergy to local anesthetics; c. Infection at the puncture site; d. People with mental illness or communication disorders who refused to sign the informed consent form; e. People who could not understand the VAS score; f . People taking analgesic drugs and history of drug abuse; g. Patients with combined severe respiratory and circulatory diseases.
