Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Single pregnant women who have been clearly diagnosed by a doctor as having preterm labor; ? A mother who delivers a preterm baby that needs to be admitted to the NICU; ?Those who are willing to breastfeed directly; ?Possess basic listening, speaking, reading and writing skills; ? Age = 18 years old and agree to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Newborns or mothers with contraindications to breastfeeding; ? Mother and baby in the same room after delivery of a premature newborn; ? Previous history of severe psychiatric or psychological illness; ? Unwillingness or inability to participate in follow-up visits.
