Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinical nurses working in the Gynaecology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nurses with less than six months' experience who are unable to work independently on their shifts
