18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60; 2. Having a junior high school or higher education level; 3. Having a stable and regular lifestyle for at least 6 months; 4. The development of external genitalia is normal; 5. PEDT>8; 6. Patients who have already taken routine medication for premature ejaculation (serotonin reuptake inhibitors, such as paroxetine or sertraline), or have been diagnosed by a doctor as requiring the use of these drugs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from erectile dysfunction and other sexual dysfunction; 2. Patients with sexual dysfunction in their sexual partners; 3. Suffering from organic abnormalities of the external genitalia; 4. Suffering from severe organic lesions or mental illness, or laboratory examination abnormalities deemed clinically significant by researchers; 5. Abusing drugs or taking drugs that affect sexual function; 6. Patients with claustrophobia, contraindications for magnetic resonance imaging such as having a pacemaker or metal stent installed in their body, etc.
