Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Diagnosis in accordance with the 2023 ESC Guidelines: Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute and Chronic Heart Failure; ? New York Heart Association Heart Function Classification II-IV; ? Age = 18; ? Clear consciousness, good language communication and understanding skills; ? Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Patients undergoing mechanical ventilation treatment and unable to wean off for a short period of time; ? Suffering from diseases that may increase the risk of thirst, such as type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes with poor blood glucose control, chronic kidney disease stage 4 and above, diabetes insipidus; ? Patients diagnosed with Sjogren's syndrome; ? Those who cannot stand by the bed
