Control group:For basic treatment, Gushukang capsule was taken orally, 4 capsules/time, twice a day.
Treatment group:Basic treatment plus Wenyang Yishen Tongluo Recipe, 3 times a day.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient also met the diagnostic criteria of rheumatoid arthritis specified by American College of Rheumatology in 2010 and the diagnostic criteria of osteoporosis in Expert Consensus of Diagnostic Criteria for Osteoporosis in China; 2. Patients are 40-75 years old, male or female; 3. No serious liver and kidney function damage, diabetes, thyroid and parathyroid diseases; 4. Volunteer to participate in the project study and cooperate to sign the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious endocrine system diseases, digestive system diseases, blood diseases, nervous system diseases and other possible secondary osteoporosis diseases; 2. Patients who have taken hormone for more than 1 month and cannot stop taking the drug; 3. Complicated with serious organ damage or mental disorder. 4. Allergic constitution and allergic to this medicine or its ingredients; 5. Pregnant or lactating women: 6. Patients with severe bone destruction, joint deformity, stiffness and joint dysfunction in the late stage of repeated attack.
